Refund Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to every payment made on Dropmax: your subscription, video credits and other paid service features, store-order and fulfillment charges, and payments shoppers make at checkout through stores built with Dropmax. It explains when a payment is refunded and how to ask.

2. No refunds

All payments made on Dropmax are final and non-refundable, except where law requires otherwise or to correct a billing error. We do not refund subscriptions, used or unused credits, partial months, unused time or changes of mind, and do not offer partial or prorated refunds.

This includes a membership you forgot about or let renew while you were away, a plan you no longer use, and a store, product, video or feature that did not work out or bring the results you hoped for. Mandatory legal rights remain protected.

3. Canceling your subscription

Cancel through Settings or the available billing controls to stop future renewals. Your public stores go offline immediately when your plan is canceling, though you can access existing stores in the app during the remaining paid period with some actions restricted. Resuming before the plan ends does not incur a new subscription charge; rejoining afterward requires a new paid subscription. Cancellation does not refund the current period.

4. Upgrades, credits and promotions

An upgrade may be charged immediately and take effect right away. Any proration or later plan change applies as disclosed when you confirm it; there is no cash refund of a plan-price difference unless legally required.

Monthly video allowances reset at the start of each calendar month in UTC, not on your subscription renewal date. Unused allowances do not roll over and have no cash value. The current studio uses a credit when you request the next product-library clip. If a failed request incorrectly uses a credit, contact support so we can check and correct it.

A discount applies only on the terms disclosed with the offer. It does not create a refund entitlement or guarantee a future discounted renewal.

5. Shopper payments and store orders

Payments shoppers make at your store checkout go to you as the seller of record. You decide and handle refunds to your shoppers. Dropmax does not refund a shopper on your behalf, and shopper refunds do not change what you owe us: platform fees, fulfillment charges and shipping already incurred are not refunded, except where law requires otherwise. If a shopper disputes a charge, we may share the order details we hold so the dispute can be handled.

6. Incorrect or unauthorized charges

Email dropmaxsupport@gmail.com with your account email, payment date and amount if a charge looks wrong, duplicate or unauthorized. We check verified billing errors and return duplicate charges. You can still contact your bank or card issuer.

7. Mandatory legal rights

Applicable law takes priority over this policy. Some customers have a 14-day withdrawal right, including in the EU and UK, and using Dropmax does not waive rights the law gives you. We handle requests under the law that applies.

8. Contact and changes

Email dropmaxsupport@gmail.com for billing questions. The policy in effect when you paid applies, and later changes do not remove your existing rights.
